Project Review and Information Management Electronics System (PRIME) is a web-based system that encompasses the complete life-cycle of funding of projects, beginning with online submission of project proposals for funds, to review and recommendations and archival. PRIME is intended towards making the entire process of funding projects paperless and bring transparency in the system. Efforts are towards providing easy access to information and a seamless, easy to use system for all the end users. Through in-built communication models and easy tracking of the proposal status, the system provides researchers timely updates on their application and will reduce undue time delays
